Bringing bold Latin flavors to Central Texas, Just Pruebalo is a veteran-owned Latin fusion food truck and catering company. Founded by Chef Carlos and Naylla Huasasquiche, the menu features signature salchipapa bowls, wok-fired Chifa favorites like arroz chaufa and lomo saltado, flame-grilled parrilla specialties, and loaded fries.
